Broadening the M.Sc. program in bioinformatics

The M.Sc. program in bioinformatics was broadened to make it relevant to all biological departments. The previous requirements for undergraduate training in computer science were changed and we now accept graduates of biological B.Sc programs. Some of the courses were adapted and a new introductory course on "Methods in Bioinformatics" is taught jointly by Daniel Sher (Marine Biology) and Mickey Kosloff (Human Biology) and Eyal Privman (Evolutionary Biology).

For more information see the program's web site.
